Delicious Tea to Feed Your Brain

This tea is full of great antioxidants that will help keep the immune system strong, while boosting the power in the brain!  Sidle up to a warm (or cold) cup of tea and feel the energy surge through your being.  Enjoy!

Green Tea: Antioxidants in green tea can improve mental focus and memory.  Great brain food!

Blueberries: The flavonoids (contribute to the color) may help memory and assist neuron health.  In addition, it helps support the heart and help stave some cancers.  Blueberries do not contribute to blood sugar spikes, so this is a good ingredient to keep mood and mind steady. 

Oranges: Can contain more than 170 different kinds of phytonutrients and more than 60 different flavonoids—which is great for your memory and overall brain health.  Vitamin C can also help improve mood.

Jeanne's Brain Tea


  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 4 organic green tea bags
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Peel of 1 small orange or 2 teaspoons dried, organic citrus peel
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened blue berry juice concentrate
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened concentrate of another juice (raspberry, tart cherry, cranberry, pomegranate)


Bring the water to a boil, add the tea bags, cinnamon, and orange peel.  Turn off the heat and let steep for 3 minutes, then remove the tea bags, leaving the other ingredients to steep as the tea cools to room temperature.  Remove the cinnamon stick and orange peel, strain into a glass pitcher and add the berry concentrates.  Drink warm or chilled.
