Immune Boosting Smoothie

This smoothie helps get the blood flowing quickly, creating a sense of warmth.  Its high level of vitamin A and vitamin C helps keep the immune system strong while also supporting red and white blood cell production.


  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 banana

  • 1 mango

  • ½ jalapeno

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp hemp protein

  • 1 tbsp agave nectar

  • 1 tbsp hemp oil
