What People Say

After our time together I felt much more like ‘me’.

I’m in end stage kidney failure and in hospice care i believe the healing touch has relieved many of my symptoms such as itching, bloody nose, upset stomach, and edema. I’m thankful for Dr Carey’s help.
— N. Nevada
How I felt- nothing specific, but in monitoring behaviors over the week- I have been more apt to do things for myself (better nutrition, taking time to myself) which hadn’t happened before.
— C. Naperville, Illinois
As a trainer, I put myself through some brutal workouts and races. It’s what I enjoy but about a year ago I felt like I hit a wall; I was always tired despite making diet changes and scaling back on my workouts and the fatigue was interfering with my job and my relationships. Sandra had been telling me about Healing Touch over the course of my training and I really had no excuse not to try it. Walking in I was immediately put to ease by her demeanor and the welcoming feeling I got from her treatment room. We talked about expectations and pain I’d been having and once I was on the table, she got to work focusing on those issues. Coming off the table about a half hour later, I literally felt 20 pounds lighter; this weight had been lifted off of me and I felt like a million bucks. I check in with her about once a month, depending on how I’m feeling and I walk out of there feeling great knowing what I need to continue to work on.
— A. Aurora, Illinois
One of my complaints that sounds ridiculous is that the pain in my knees is awful if they rest one on top of the other during the night. Last night, much improved.
