Jen Frazer is a professionally trained yoga instructor currently teaching classes at Shine Studio in Batavia, NAMI in Wheaton, and now the Center for Vitality and Balance in Naperville! Jen is passionate about sharing the healing power of yoga with anyone and especially those who feel shy about yoga because of skill or body image.
One of Jen’s favorite teaching experiences was at a halfway house for women. Many of them had never experienced yoga before and Jen had the privilege of introducing them to a gentle and restorative practice to support them in their daily life. It was her honor to guide this group of women toward self-care and to witness them reconnecting to their bodies through breath and awareness.
Jen’s classes are inspired by the Hatha Yoga style and are great for students at all levels of practice. She strives to create a supportive and nurturing healing space for her students to learn the techniques and philosophy of yoga. Consistent yoga practice creates an opportunity for a deep and nourishing relationship with body, mind and spirit. Jen’s restorative approach to yoga is sure to awaken your muscles, calm your mind, and inspire your spirit.
