Quiet Room

In support of the value of mindfulness for overall health and wellness, the Center for Vitality and Balance hosts a dedicated reflection space called The Quiet Room.

Active psychotherapy or healing touch clients may spend time in the Quiet Room before or after scheduled appointments with Dr. Sandra Carey.

Spending time in The Quiet Room before appointments affords an opportunity to let go of the noise of daily living. A few minutes in quiet reflection can support creating space in preparation for healing.

Likewise, pausing for a few minutes after each session helps integrate your experience before reentering the hustle and bustle of daily life.
